types of response can I expect? |

For
most urgent, safety related situations, almost immediately but
no later than 24 hours upon request. Non-urgent or safety issues,
within five working days depending upon existing work load.

types of requests can I submit? |

Just
about anything. Click on Submit a Request on the menu to view
popular requests. If not a Public Works request, staff will
refer your inquiry to a responsible party to address.
